August 1, 2022 – NYCHA has requested two modifications to the requirements of the Agreement between U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and the City of New York, dated January 31, 2019. Per the Monitor’s recommendations, HUD and SDNY concur in these modifications.
