Today, we released the Twelfth Quarterly Report Letter highlighting NYCHA’s performance and recent developments since my last Quarterly Report Letter dated April 25, 2022, as required by the HUD Agreement. This letter focuses on two critical service areas within NYCHA with significant performance obligations under the HUD Agreement – the heating services and capital projects departments.
